Cellulite is one of the most dreaded skin conditions in a woman's life. And for this we spend countless amount of money on cellulite treatments of all kinds. One less known method of reducing the cottage cheese skin is by following a cellulite detox plan.

This type of detox diet plan is a similar one for reducing the fat in your body since cellulite is nothing else then cell fats. Compared with other weight loss diet plan, your aim is to lose body fat which can be achieved by eating certain types of foods and doing cellulite exercises as well as toning your body.

The best way to know that what you are eating is right for you is to cook it yourself. You should include in your diet fresh vegetables and fruits which contain fiber, and lots of minerals and vitamins foods, essential for a good metabolism. By eating green leafy vegetables and fruits which have fiber you help your body detoxify and eliminate naturally those fats.

Also, you should drink lots of water which naturally helps your body detoxify. You can squeeze a lemon in water, since lemons are very good at detoxifying the body. If you want go even further, you could drink water as warm as you can in the morning before you eating. This is a sure method of melting body fats.

One ingredient more known as a herb for cooking rather than its anti-cellulite properties, is ginger. If you like to eat or cook asian foods than you will be sure to get rid of cellulite naturally. Or you could take ginger powder, but I don't know how effective is like that.

Another two popular natural remedies which can be included in your detox plan for removing cellulite are primrose oil and gotu kola. As ginger, they help boost you blood circulation, oxygenate your body cells, hence reducing your dimpled bums and cellulite appearance. You can purchase supplements from health food or any natural food store.
